How to access the Complaints Book?

  • In paper format: If you prefer, you can request the Complaints Book in physical format from our customer support service, which will be sent or made available to you in accordance with the applicable rules.

Deadline for response

After receiving your complaint, we undertake to respond within a maximum period of 15 working days.
